How much can i earn?

Your earnings as an Expert are contingent on your rate and the volume of work you opt to undertake. Experts receive monthly payments based on their previous month's earnings.

Can i set my own hours?

Can i choose which customers i work with?

When we identify a DigiFin.Pro client who appears to be a suitable match, DigiFin.Pro will get in touch with you, providing the client's details, information on remuneration, and the anticipated working hours. At this juncture, you will have the opportunity to either accept or reject the offer within 24 hours.

Absolutely! When you apply to become a DigiFin.Pro expert, you have the option to specify your preferred types of clients based on their revenue size.

Furthermore, you can specify the times of the day that are most convenient for you to work. For instance, if you are already employed full-time and can only work during the evenings or weekends, we will ensure you are not paired with a client who needs their Expert to be available during weekdays from 9am to 5pm. You also have the option to work full-time as a DigiFin.Pro Expert, should you wish.

How often do i get paid?

Experts are remunerated within 10 days of the month subsequent to the provision of services. For instance, should you deliver services to a DigiFin.Pro client in the month of January, you would be compensated by the 10th of February.

Is there a notice period if i wish to leave?

Yes, you have the discretion to cease working with a particular DigiFin.Pro client after assignment.

However, please be aware that our foremost priority is to guarantee a positive experience for our clients. Consequently, if you choose to discontinue your services for a specific DigiFin.Pro client, we necessitate a minimum of 30 days' advance written notification prior to halting work. This measure affords our team ample time to pair the client with another DigiFin.Pro expert, ensuring a seamless transition.

Do I need any specific tools?

A comprehensive overview of our requirements and procedures is furnished to candidates both during the interview phase and throughout the onboarding process.

Examples of the protocols we expect our Experts to adhere to include:

Replying to all emails and messages from DigiFin.Pro clients and team members within 24 hours.

Accepting or rejecting newly presented client opportunities within 24 hours.

Documenting your hours via our tracking tool.

Interacting and communicating with clients in a professional and courteous manner.

Avoiding the use of any unauthorised third-party software tools.
